My name is Vanessa, or "Ness" to almost everyone in my life!

Welcome to my page! I’m an Emerald local, an American expat, mum of two wild boys, and the proud owner of three (yes, THREE!) Burmese cats.

As a freelance contractor, I manage social media for a diverse range of clients—from shopping centres to healthcare clinics. With years of experience in both hospitality and retail, I have a deep understanding of how these industries operate and how they can best connect with their audience on social media. I do it all, from photography to content creation, bringing a real, organic approach to every project.

My husband Ben and I run Hills Physiotherapy, which we've grown from a small practice to three thriving locations. After years of hard work, I now focus on my true passion: social media marketing. With a Fine Arts degree in Makeup and Wig Design and a Practice Management Diploma, I offer a unique blend of artistic vision and medical expertise, making me particularly effective in handling social media for medical and allied health clinics.

I’m also passionate about community work, contributing to projects like EVER - Emerald Village Exercise and Recreation and Emerald Funfest - PAVE Festival Emerald. If you need help with your socials—whether it’s day-to-day advice or full-scale management—I'm here to help. It's my superpower!
